Work is in progress to improve the regulatory control, to develop the mechanisms of trust in the digital platforms and to shape the safe space online. The Congress plays an important function of the international dialogue: practical steps are discussed here to develop the technological alliances, cutting edge achievements of the Russian companies are demonstrated, and new areas of cooperation with the foreign partners open. Russia is open to cooperation in the high technology spheres and welcomes all foreign guests. We have many topics for discussion and collaboration: development of joint solutions, harmonization of our standards and approaches, building alliances for the benefit of our countries.
