INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION

The Congress is a Russian accelerator of international technological alliances and the Russian project platform of international collaboration in deep technology.
The targeted involvement of foreign technology partners and customers at the Congress is carried out with the assistance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Digital Development, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, other Federal Executive Authorities, as well as industry associations - partners of the Congress.

Representatives of 59 countries took part in the Congress in 2026, of which 45 countries were represented by official delegations, including heads and representatives of relevant departments, embassies of foreign states in the Russian Federation.

FAQ

International Technology Congress (ITC) and exhibition “TECHNOLOGIES” together make an annual cross-industry DeepTech event that reflects Russia unified technological landscape, a platform for dialogue between the world`s technological elites.

The Congress brings together industry leaders, state bodies and international partners to discuss strategic objectives for DeepTech development.
ITC-2026 will take place at the territory of Patriot Expo (Moscow region, Odintsovsky urban district, Patriot park territory)
By car – 55 km of the M-1 highway (Minsk Highway).
By free shuttle
-From Park Pobedy metro station (exit №1)
-From Golitsyno railway station
Shuttle frequency: 15-20 minutes. Volunteers in ITC-branded clothing will greet you at the departure points.
- Free parking on the territory of Patriot Expo is for participants who have purchased VIP Premium, VIP and Business packages while using car passes included in the packages.

- For other attendees: first 15 minutes are free, then rate is 300 RUB per day for passenger cars, minivans, motorcycles and 600 RUB per day for busses and trucks.

- Preferential categories – free parking upon presentation of supporting documents
