The company was founded in 2022 by a team of professionals with 25 years of experience in organizing major convention and exhibition events in Russia and abroad, including those with the participation of top government officials. Over the years, team has accumulated unique competencies in the field of exhibition management, business program management, organization of Russian expositions at international venues and coordination of the participation of federal authorities and state corporations in industry events.

CONGRESSSOYUZ LLC is the copyright holder of the INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CONGRESS trademark, which confirms its exclusive rights to organize and brand this event.
In addition to the ITC, the company co—organizes other significant industry events included in the annual program of the Congress, in particular, the BRONYA-2026 conference, dedicated to the comprehensive protection of facilities and territories.
The company's flagship project is the International Technology Congress (ITC).
Since 2024, CONGRESSSOYUZ LLC has been organizing the annual International Technology Congress, held with the support of the Presidential Administration and the Government of the Russian Federation. The Organizing Committee of the Congress is headed by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation A.A. Alikhanov.
ITC is an cross-industry export platform that unites leaders of deeptech industries, government officials and foreign partners to demonstrate local high-tech solutions and build an international technological dialogue.
