ABOUT FORUM
ALEXEY BORODIN
The Forum of the Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communications (RCC) is not just an anniversary event, but the most important platform for discussing the future of our region digital infrastructure. For 35 years, the RCC has been an effective cooperation mechanism that unites the region countries efforts in developing telecommunications and adopting advanced technologies.
The Forum will be an important contribution to the implementation of strategic objectives to create a reliable, secure and accessible digital space in our region. I am confident that the upcoming discussions will help determine the vectors of development of our Commonwealth and the communications industry in the region for years to come.
The International Technology Congress, the platform for our Forum, has rightfully taken a prominent place in the pool of major national events of digital and technological development, which are successfully held in the CIS countries, and has already established itself as one of the central platforms for discussing the most pressing issues of technological development in the Russian Federation.
